Molding

Our core competencies include injection molding, two-shot molding and insert molding. We currently operate molding machines from 40-1000 tons, made by Krauss Maffei, Arburg, Negri Bossi. Robots (Wittmann) and other supplementary equipment (Motan and Piovan dryers, Piovan and Regoplast heaters) help us complete perfect products.

Assembly

Beyond simple or automatic assembly we undertake ultrasonic/heat-stake welding and pad printing, too. On our semi-automated assembly lines our capacity allows us to produce more than 2 million units per year.

Our main target is to produce excellent parts according to our customer's schedules, and our fully- integrated MRP system helps us in all aspects of our business, from ordering raw-materials to shipping production parts.
